Support Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team here in Wakefield! 

We're looking for someone who thrives on turning data into meaningful stories, someone who can not only pull and present data effectively, but also highlight key insights and trends with clarity and impact. You should be meticulous in checking and auditing work, passionate about the detail and execution, and confident in presenting their findings. Ideally, you will have a naturally cautious mindset, always curious to investigate anomalies and patterns in the data, and driven to support the sales team with high-quality, actionable analysis.

We are wanting to hear from candidates that have experience of using business support systems such as CRM, SAP and Power BI.

About the role 

Working at our Wakefield office, you will support our sales team with robust reporting and and administrative support to aide them in exceeding their sales targets and maintain our market share as the market leader in educational services. 

What you'll be doing

  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting on financial performances and sales activity using key systems and software 
  • Undertake financial analysis of business performances within the reports and supply clear feedback on customer activity
  • Support the sales team on quarterly accurate budgeting and re forecasts throughout the year
  • Provide analysis for campaign opportunities based on sector trends 
  • Work closely with the sales admin team and reporting analysts across sales and business solutions 

About you 

You will need to have experience of working within a busy environment handling a variety of reporting and administrative requests and delivering to tight deadlines. 

You will need

  • Proven experience of using a broad range of systems and software packages
  • Experience of interpreting large amounts of data and converting that into coherent and concise reporting 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels 
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
