We need an ambitious, highly motivated, and focused Service Delivery executive! You'll join a team that delivers, maintains and supports key projects, ensuring quality and time standards are met. We need people who are tech savvy, quality focused, and can help deliver key project activity. We are looking for the candidate to have 1-4 years experience. 

Offshore Service Delivery Executive works a number of key functions that enable the delivery of a high quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.

About the role

You'll help deliver products, projects and services to time and quality, manage and own specific processes within projects and take ownership of delivery management. You will establish and maintain data systems and implement associated procedures. The role will also evaluate and monitor projects/project activity to meet and continuously improve process and quality requirements/standards.

You will proactively communicate effectively with business teams, and provide advice, guidance and support for a sphere of activities, including on-the-job training, to support the team, colleagues and customers.

About you

You're most likely to have experience gained within a quality role. But to succeed, you'll need strong IT skills and experience in using systems (Tech Savvy). You must have excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be numeric as well.

You'll have excellent problem solving skills and great attention to detail, and you will be both motivated and proactive.
