Coordinator (End Point Assessment)

We are looking for an End Point Assessment Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract until the end of September 2025.

You'll need to be able work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and have good communications skills with the ability to use Microsoft packages. Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading! 

This role is based at our Burntwood offices, near Lichfield and is offered as a full time position of 35 hours per week. We offer hybrid working between the office and home.

This appointment will be based on merit.

About the role

Your role will be to support our End Point Assessment (EPA) process, offering a full "end to end" service. You will provide an exceptional customer experience whilst also feedback intelligence to develop our service and offer. You will support EPA customers from the point of ‘sale’ through to EPA event ensuring their apprentices always receive the best EPA experience. You will also work with Independent End Point Assessors to allocate and organise the delivery of EPA’s.

You will need to build strong customer relationships to support the retainment and expansion of dedicated customer accounts. Finally, you will highlight issues, concerns and wins to the team, suggesting improvements to current operating procedures.

About you

You will need to be able to demonstrate to us experience of delivering exceptional customer service, ideally from a business services environment. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to work within a team and to use their own initiative to act independently as well. Experience of using Customer Relationship Management technology is important in this role.

You must have exceptional communication, problem solving, and organisational skills and an understanding or interest in the skills development sector.
