Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft
We have an excellent opportunity here at City & Guilds for a Microsoft Engineer with full software development lifecycle experience, developing online applications or websites!
You will be working on a hybrid basis with a mix of home and office.

About the role
You'll develop and support technology products and digital services for City & Guilds. This responsibility will extend through the end-to-end software development life cycle of products and services from initial scoping, through Agile DevOps lifecycle within the Core Assessment & Marking value stream.
You will also maintain day-to-day relationships with Engineering Governance, Architecture, and Support teams as well as providing specialist support and guidance on the Core Assessment & Marking Delivery products.
About you
Your application must be able to demonstrate experience of software development lifecycle and in developing online applications or websites. You'll have strong problem solving and innovation skills and significant experience supporting PaaS IaaS, or Public Cloud Environments.
You will have excellent programming deep expertise in .NET Core, Angular JS and SQL Database, Cosmos DB and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) with problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills and the role also needs someone with an excellent understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile
