Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our training businesses here at City & Guilds Training; Intertrain, located in Doncaster, DN4 8DE
Intertrain is part of City & Guilds and is the UK’s largest and fastest-growing railway training and assessment provider.
This role is offered as a permanent post.
The successful candidate will join a small and dynamic team. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

About The Role
Customer Service Advisor will be liaising with external customers and learners and dealing with all incoming emails and telephone queries. You will be processing and arranging customer bookings for training courses. As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience at all times. We would like you to ensure that you maintain all high standards that drive our brand and you’ll share your knowledge and understanding with customers and the rest of the team.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent telephone manner, great attention to detail and ability to provide an excellent level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
The role would suit an individual with experience from a similar role but equally if you like the idea of working with people and you are passionate about great customer services experience then we would love to hear from you too.
